Every event comes with invitations and RSVPs, registration and ticketing, broadcasts and its own dashboard. On top of that, twelve event tools switch on as you need them. You set them up on the Event Page, and guests use them in the browser from their invitation link, with no app to download. On the Event Page, the Tools list shows all twelve. Tools you’ve switched on are marked Active, and the dashboard’s Mini Apps tab shows how each one is doing. They fall into four groups, by what they’re for.

Things you put together for guests to read

These make your invitation worth opening. Someone deciding whether to come wants to know what actually happens.

Things you ask your guests

These appear when guests RSVP or register, so it’s best to switch them on before you invite. A guest who doesn’t know their answer yet still learns you want it, and comes back when they do.

Setting tools up

1

Pick what this event needs

A wedding usually needs Travel & Stay and Guest Preferences. A conference needs Event Schedule and Event Lineup. A dinner might need only Potluck Manager. You don’t need all twelve.
2

Set each one up on the Event Page

Click the tool in the Tools list and fill it in.
3

Publish it

Most tools have their own publish or share step. Guests see a tool only once you publish it.

When to set them up

Before you invite, if you can. Everything you’ve set up arrives with the invitation, in one message, while people are already reading. You can still add tools at any time. Guests are told automatically, but not immediately: tools you switch on after the invitation are collected into one update, sent the next day.
  • Set up several tools on the same day and guests get a single update. Spread them across a week and guests get a message a day.
  • A tool that asks guests for something, switched on within two days of the event, leaves them little time to answer.
Let your connected AI set tools up for you: “Set up the schedule for Saturday: welcome drinks at 7:30, dinner at 8, cake at 9:30, and publish it. Then create a potluck with mains, salads and desserts.”
