Check-In tells you who has arrived and who’s yet to come, with live arrivals from the moment it opens.
Ev Check In 1

Turn it on

Open Check-In from the Event Page and switch on Enable Check-In. It’s off by default and entirely optional. Turn it on the day before, so it’s ready when people arrive.

How it works

  • At an RSVP Event, guests check themselves in when they arrive, from their invitation link. There’s nothing for you to do at the door.
  • At a Registration Event, attendees show the QR code on their ticket, and you or your team scan it. Attendee Check-In →
Either way, the Check-In page counts adults and kids checked in, and lists who has arrived. The Event Dashboard shows the same count.

Check in to one activity

For a multi-session event, you can also check people in to a single activity from the Event Schedule, such as a workshop or a dinner with limited seats.

When to use it

  • A larger gathering where you can’t see at a glance who’s in the room
  • A moment you’re timing, such as a toast, a surprise or dinner service, where you want everyone there first
  • Any time you want a record of who came
For a small, informal get-together you may not need it at all, which is why it’s optional.
