Feedback Corner is a post-event feature that turns “How did it go?” into structured, usable insight. After your event ends, Fast Party builds a custom feedback form tailored to what actually happened — the vendors who were there, the agenda you ran, the food preferences you collected — and sends it to your guests or registered attendees. Once responses come in, you get a clear results view with an AI-written summary.
Feedback Corner
Feedback Corner generates the form after the event, using what really happened — not a generic template written in advance. That’s why the questions feel specific to the event your guests just attended.

How it works

Feedback Corner runs in three phases:
1

Generate

Once your event ends, Fast Party reads the event’s context — vendors present, agenda items run, food preferences collected, attendance — and builds a tailored set of questions. No setup is required on your part.
2

Collect

Your guests (or registered attendees) receive a notification and complete the form in two to three minutes. It’s short, relevant, and built for mobile.
3

Report

As responses arrive, you get a visual results view with the ratings broken down and a written summary of the key themes.

Editing before you publish

You don’t have to use the form as generated. Before it goes out, you can review it, edit the wording, remove questions you don’t want, or add your own. When you’re happy with it, publish and it’s sent to your attendees.
The generated form is a strong starting point for most events. If you have a specific question you always ask — “Would you attend again?” or “How did you hear about us?” — add it before publishing so it becomes part of the same report.

Question types

Feedback Corner uses a range of question types so the form captures more than a row of star ratings. Depending on your event, the form may include:
TypeWhat it captures
Scale 1–10A granular overall rating — usually the first question on every form.
Emoji satisfactionSentiment on an expressive scale, from “Not satisfied” through to “Beyond expectations.”
TestimonialA free-text field for a quote or detailed comment.
Multi-selectTappable chips for “what did you enjoy most?” style questions.
Vendor ratingStar ratings for the vendors who serviced the event.
RankingDrag to rank the parts of the event in order of preference.
Yes / NoA quick binary for clear questions.
NPS 0–10The standard “how likely are you to recommend” score.

Vendor ratings

When your event had vendors, the form can ask attendees to rate them. These ratings are tied to a real event with real attendees, which makes them credible — useful both for your own records and as a quality signal for the vendor.

Privacy

Responses are anonymous by default. Guests can answer honestly without their individual responses being attributed to them. You can change this setting if your event calls for attributed feedback, but the default protects candor.

Reading your results

Once responses come in, the results view shows your ratings and breakdowns at a glance, alongside a written summary that pulls out the themes — what landed well, what to improve, and any standout vendor or moment. It’s designed so you can see the takeaways without reading every individual response.
Run Feedback Corner after every event in a series — a monthly meetup or an annual conference — and you build a feedback trail you can compare over time, not just a one-off snapshot.
