On the Event Page, click Invite. This is your guest list: everyone you’ve invited, how they replied, and how many people they’re bringing.

Invite guests

There are two ways in, and many events use both.

Add Guest

Add people by phone number or email, pick them from people you’ve invited before, or Upload CSV with names, emails and phone numbers. Each guest gets a personal link and arrives already recognized.

Share Invite

Share one invite link on WhatsApp, email or social media. Anyone with the link can reply. Best when you don’t know everyone who’s coming.
For an event in a circle, every member is invited when you make the event live. You can still add people outside the circle afterwards. Events in a circle →

What guests receive

Guests invited by phone number get their invitation on WhatsApp, and guests invited by email get it by email. It includes the event name, date, time, venue, who’s hosting, and their personal RSVP link. When they reply, they get a confirmation. How notifications work →
Guests don’t need the Fast Party app to RSVP. They tap the link and reply in their browser.

Track replies

Filter the list to see exactly who you’re waiting on: Guests who say Yes or Maybe tell you how many are coming, so each name shows a headcount such as 2 Adults or 4 Adults, 2 Kids.

Manage a guest

Open the ⋮ menu next to a guest to edit their details, make them a co-host, or remove them from the event. The totals, and a reminder for anyone who hasn’t replied, are on the Event Dashboard.
