Event Dashboard

You set an event up on the Event Page. You run it from the Event Dashboard. Click Dashboard on the Event Page to open it.

The Event Dashboard is for hosts and co-hosts only. Guests never see it. For now it’s available on the web only at app.fastparty.ai, and works best on a desktop or laptop. It isn’t in the mobile app yet.

The left column: how the event is doing

Panel	What it shows
Event Health Score	A score out of 100 for how ready the event is, with its status and the days to go. Below it, the areas that feed the score, such as RSVP, Guest Preferences and Tasks. How the score works ↓
Guest RSVP’d or Registrations	Your headcount so far (Actuals), next to your own estimate (Projections). For a Registration Event, registrations against capacity, broken down by tier.
Guest Preference	What guests have chosen to eat and drink so far (Actuals), next to your estimate for the full guest list (Projections).
Revenue	For paid events, estimated and collected.
Check-In	How many have arrived.
Tasks	How many tasks are in progress and how many are completed.

Click the expand icon on any panel for the full view. On Guest RSVP’d and Guest Preference, add your own estimate under Projections: how many you expect, and what they’re likely to eat and drink. Then click the share button next to the panel. It makes a PDF you can send to your caterer.

Multi-day events

For an event that runs over several days, filter the whole dashboard by All Days or a single day, such as Day 1. The Timeline then shows that day’s activities.

The tabs

Tab	What’s there
Timeline	The activities from your Event Schedule, in order and by day, with what’s up next. To change an activity, edit it in Event Schedule on the Event Page.
Guest / Attendees	Everyone on the event and their reply, with party size and food choices.
Alerts	Things that need your attention, sorted into Critical, Informational and Recommendation. New marks the ones you haven’t seen yet.
Travel & Stay	Guests’ travel details, grouped into pickups and rooms you can share with your travel and hotel partners. See Travel & Stay below.
Event tools	Each event tool with its status at a glance. Click View on a tool to open it. (Currently labelled Mini Apps; it’s being renamed.)
Custom Message	Send an event broadcast to your guests. More below ↓

Event Health Score

The score is a number from 0 to 100 that shows how ready your event is.

How it’s worked out

Each area gets its own score

Every area starts at 100 and loses points for what’s still open:

Area	Loses points for
RSVP	Guests who haven’t replied, or replied Maybe
Guest Preferences	Guests who haven’t shared their food and drink choices (only when Guest Preferences is published)
Tasks	Tasks that are incomplete, overdue or unassigned, with more for overdue high-priority tasks
Vendors	Vendors who haven’t confirmed or have declined, with more for core vendors such as the venue, catering and decor
Timeline	Schedule activities that aren’t published, need a review, or fall outside the event’s time

A Registration Event looks at Revenue (collected against your target), Check-In (checked in against approved), Tasks and Vendors instead.

Open items count for more as the day gets closer

The same open items cost more points as the event approaches. Ten pending replies matter more the week before than a month out.

The areas are averaged

The areas are combined into one score, with tasks and replies counting most. An area your event doesn’t use is left out, so an event with no vendors isn’t marked down for it.

What the status means

Score	Status
90 or more	Event Ready
75 or more	On Track
50 or more	Needs Attention
25 or more	At Risk
Above 0	Critical
0	Not Started

To raise the score, close what’s still open: follow up on pending replies, ask guests for their food choices, and finish or assign overdue tasks.

The score refreshes every few minutes, and only when something on the event changes.

Travel & Stay

What guests share in Travel & Stay comes together on this tab:

Part	What it does
Guest Response	What each guest sent: arrival, flight, luggage, room and departure.
Run Jobs	Groups the responses for you. Run them all at once with Run All Jobs, or one at a time: Arrival Grouping (by flight, date and time), Departure Grouping (by date and terminal), Vehicle Sizing (the vehicle each pickup needs, from people and luggage) and Room Requirement Analysis (room types and dates).
Requirements	The results: Vehicle Requirements for arrivals and departures, and Room Requirements by date. Click the download icon on each to share it with your travel and hotel partners.

Event broadcast

On the Custom Message tab, click Send Broadcast to message everyone on the event at once: a change of plan, a reminder of what to bring, or a thank-you afterward.

Add a subject and your message, attach an image if you like, and click Continue to preview. Guests are notified on every channel: WhatsApp, email, push and in-app, just like an organization broadcast. How broadcasts work → For news you want guests to find again later, post it on the event wall instead. It stays on the Event Page.

Keep the dashboard open on a laptop or desktop during the event, so you can see arrivals, check-ins and alerts as they happen.
