This walkthrough creates an RSVP Event, the invitation-based type, and gets your first guests invited. Setting up an organization instead? Start with the guide for your organization type.
1

Go to app.fastparty.ai in any browser, or download the app on iOS or Android. It’s the same account everywhere, and everything stays in sync. You land on your Home page. On desktop, the Fast Party logo at the far left of the top bar always brings you back here.
2

Create the event

On your Home page, click Create Event under My Events, and choose RSVP Event. Add an event name, a start date and who it’s hosted by. Everything else is optional and can be changed later:
  • Add an event template and banner: pick from the template store or upload your own. They’re the first thing your guests see.
  • Add a venue, and Fast Party finds it on Google Maps
  • Leave the date for later if you haven’t decided yet
Click Create Event. Your Event Page is ready. This is where you set everything up, and it’s what your guests see. All event fields →
3

Invite your guests

Click Invite on the Event Page. You can:
  • Share Invite: share one link on WhatsApp, email or any other channel
  • Add Guest: add people by phone number or email, or pick them from people you’ve invited before
  • Upload CSV: add a list of names, emails and phone numbers at once
Guests receive their invitation by WhatsApp or email, with a personal RSVP link. They don’t need the app to respond. Guests & RSVPs →

Switch on the tools you need

Add only what your event needs from the Tools list on the Event Page. Popular first tools:
5

Run it from the Event Dashboard

Once invitations are out, click Dashboard on the Event Page, in a laptop or tablet browser. This is where you run the event: watch RSVPs arrive, send a reminder to anyone who hasn’t responded, message all your guests with an event broadcast, and keep track of tasks and check-ins on the day. Prefer to type it than tap it? Connect Fast Party to Claude or ChatGPT and say something like: “Create a birthday dinner for Saturday at 7 pm at our house, invite my family circle, and set up a potluck.”
