Set up your organization with our team

Tap Set up an organization on your Home page, or email contact@fastparty.ai. We set up your organization with your logo, your own WhatsApp Business number and email sender, and payments into your own Razorpay (India) or Stripe (US) account. Set up your organization →

Bring your register across

Send us your member register and past event records. We import them once into All Members, so you start with your history in place. Where family members share a phone number, the roster keeps one row per person. How data migration works →

Build your circles

A member joins the club once, into All Members, and lands on the club’s organization page. Placing them in a circle for a sport, a committee or a group is a pick from the register, not another invitation. Circles and events →

Create your first club event

Run a club night, a tournament, an AGM or a family day. Use a Registration Event for sign-ups and tickets with QR check-in at the gate, an RSVP Event for an invitation-only gathering, or an Open Event when every member of a circle is welcome and you don’t need RSVPs.

Send notices to the right circles

Send one broadcast to All Members or to exactly the circles you choose. Each member receives it only once, even if they belong to several circles. Broadcasts →

Who can do what

Fees and collections go straight to the club’s own account. Fast Party never holds the money.
Already have a club app? Pavilion can run alongside it, adding Registration Events, notices and the AI connection on top, or it can run everything. Your call.
