Add your people
Add your employees to All Members from Org Members, one at a time or by uploading a file. Circles and events →

Build your circles
Create a circle for each team, office or interest group and place people in it from the roster. Nobody is asked to accept again.

Plan your first event
Run a team offsite with Travel & Stay and Event Schedule, or an office party with Guest Preferences or a Potluck. Use an RSVP Event when you need a headcount.

Keep everyone informed
Send one broadcast to All Members or to the circles you choose. Each person receives it once.

Ask your company data anything
Connect Claude or ChatGPT and ask in plain language:- “Who still needs to reply to the offsite?”
- “List everyone arriving on Friday who needs an airport pickup.”
