If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot password on the login page. FastParty will email you a reset link — check your inbox and spam folder.If you’re not receiving the reset email, make sure you’re using the same email address you signed up with. If a guest says they haven’t received their invitation:
- Ask them to check their spam or junk folder — invitation emails sometimes land there.
- Confirm you entered their email address correctly in FastParty.
- Open the event guest list, find the guest, and click Resend invitation.

Try the following steps:
- Close the app fully and reopen it.
- Check your internet connection.
- Force-quit the app and restart your phone.
- Check for an app update in the App Store or Google Play.

Open your event, go to the Guests tab, and find the guest. Check that their email address is correct. Click Resend invitation to send the email again.Ask the guest to check spam. Invitation emails are sent from noreply@fastparty.ai — they can add this address to their contacts to prevent future emails going to spam.

RSVP links are unique to each guest. If a guest’s link isn’t working:
- Open the guest list and check their email address is correct.
- Resend the invitation — this generates a fresh RSVP link.
- If the issue persists, contact support@fastparty.ai with the guest’s email address.

All event fields can be edited at any time, even after the event is confirmed and invitations have been sent. Go to the event settings page and make your changes.If you’re seeing a specific field that won’t save, try refreshing the page and trying again. If the problem continues, contact support.

If Antsy seems frozen or isn’t replying:
- Wait a few seconds — responses can occasionally take a moment.
- Close the chat and reopen it.
- Check your internet connection.
- Try restarting the app.

Antsy did something wrong or made an error
Antsy tries its best to understand your request, but occasionally it may misinterpret something. If Antsy created or changed something incorrectly:
- Tell Antsy what went wrong: “That’s not right — please delete that event.” or “Change the date back to July 5th.”
- You can also make changes directly in the FastParty app if it’s quicker.

“Change the event name to ‘Summer BBQ’ and move the date to August 3rd.”Antsy will make the corrections immediately. You can also edit the event directly from the event settings page.

The Connector Store is available to Claude Pro users and above. If you’re on the free Claude plan, you’ll need to upgrade to access connectors.If you’re already on Claude Pro and can’t find FastParty, try searching for “FastParty” in the store search bar. If it still doesn’t appear, contact support@fastparty.ai.

If the FastParty sign-in window shows an error:
- Make sure you’re using the correct FastParty email and password.
- Try resetting your FastParty password first, then attempt the connection again.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection during the authorisation flow.

A 401 error means the connection has expired or been revoked. To fix it:
- Go to Claude Settings → Connectors.
- Disconnect FastParty.
- Reconnect following the steps in the connect guide.

After connecting, try starting a fresh Claude conversation. Tools from newly connected apps sometimes only appear in new conversations, not existing ones.You can confirm Claude has access by asking: “What FastParty tools do you have?”

Changes made through Claude are applied to your FastParty account in real time. If something isn’t showing up:
- Refresh the FastParty app or reload the page.
- Check that Claude confirmed the action was completed successfully.
- If Claude reported success but the change isn’t appearing, contact support@fastparty.ai with details of what you asked Claude to do.
