FastParty gives you multiple ways to track arrivals at your event. You can check guests in manually, let guests self-check-in, or use QR codes at the door.

Host manual check-in

As the host (or co-host), you can check in guests one by one from the Guest Check-In page:
  1. Open your event and go to Guest Check-In.
  2. Find the guest in the list — search by name or scroll.
  3. Tap the check-in button next to their name to mark them as arrived.
The guest list updates in real time, so you can see at a glance who has arrived and who hasn’t.

Guest self-check-in

Guests can check themselves in when they arrive. From their invitation link, they tap Check In to confirm they’ve arrived. The host’s check-in view updates automatically.

QR code check-in

For faster check-in at the door, you can use QR codes:
  • A QR code is available from the Agenda page (in the Guest Check-In modal).
  • Display the QR code at the entrance — on a screen, a printed sign, or a tablet.
  • Guests scan the code with their phone camera to check themselves in instantly.
QR code check-in works well for events with a steady stream of arrivals — you don’t need a person at the door manually checking off names.

Check-in with Registered Events

For Registered Events, check-in integrates with the registration system:
  • Only guests who have been approved and have a valid registration order can be checked in.
  • The check-in view shows registration details alongside each guest’s name.
  • You can verify ticket types and registration info at the door.
See Registered Events for more on setting up registration, ticket types, and the registration dashboard.

Check-in from the agenda

The Guest Check-In view is also accessible from the Agenda page. This is useful if you’re managing the agenda and arrivals from the same screen during your event.
