Host manual check-in
As the host (or co-host), you can check in guests one by one from the Guest Check-In page:- Open your event and go to Guest Check-In.
- Find the guest in the list — search by name or scroll.
- Tap the check-in button next to their name to mark them as arrived.
Guest self-check-in
Guests can check themselves in when they arrive. From their invitation link, they tap Check In to confirm they’ve arrived. The host’s check-in view updates automatically.QR code check-in
For faster check-in at the door, you can use QR codes:- A QR code is available from the Agenda page (in the Guest Check-In modal).
- Display the QR code at the entrance — on a screen, a printed sign, or a tablet.
- Guests scan the code with their phone camera to check themselves in instantly.
Check-in with Registered Events
For Registered Events, check-in integrates with the registration system:- Only guests who have been approved and have a valid registration order can be checked in.
- The check-in view shows registration details alongside each guest’s name.
- You can verify ticket types and registration info at the door.
