Circles are saved guest groups. Create a Circle once and you can add all its members to any future event instantly — no need to re-enter names and emails every time.
Circles are perfect for recurring events — annual family dinners, monthly team lunches, or seasonal gatherings. Set up your Circles once and every future event setup takes seconds.

What is a Circle?

A Circle is a named group of people. For example:
  • Family — your immediate and extended family
  • Work Team — your colleagues
  • Book Club — your reading group
  • Neighbours — people in your building or street
Once you’ve created a Circle, it’s available to use across all your events.

Creating a Circle

Go to Circles in your account and click New Circle.
  1. Give the Circle a name.
  2. Add a cover image or banner to make the Circle easy to identify.
  3. Add members by entering their names and email addresses.
  4. Save the Circle.
You can add or remove members from a Circle at any time. Changes to a Circle don’t affect guests already added to past events.

Circle tabs

Each Circle has four tabs:
TabWhat’s here
AboutThe Circle description, member count, and settings
EventsEvents created within or linked to this Circle
MembersThe full member list with management options
Posts & PollsPosts and polls shared within the Circle

Posts and polls

Within a Circle, members can post updates and create polls. This is useful for coordinating recurring groups — sharing news, voting on a date, or gathering opinions — without needing to create a full event. Posts support text and media. Polls let you set options and collect responses from Circle members.

Circle events

The Events tab shows all events associated with the Circle. You can create a new event directly from within a Circle, and that event will be linked to the Circle automatically.

Searching for and joining Circles

You can browse and search for public Circles from the Circles page. Use the search bar to find Circles by name or topic. If a Circle is open, you can request to join or self-join directly from the search results.

Using a Circle in an event

When adding guests to an event, click Add from Circle and select the Circle you want. All members are added to the event’s guest list at once. If you need to exclude a specific person, just remove them from the event guest list after adding the Circle — the Circle itself isn’t changed.

Managing your Circles

View all your Circles from Account → Circles. From there you can:
  • Edit the member list
  • Rename a Circle
  • Update the Circle cover image
  • Delete a Circle (this doesn’t affect any events the Circle has already been used for)
