Registration end date
Set a date after which guests can no longer submit registration requests. This lets you close registrations before the event to finalise your headcount.Branding
- Brand logo — upload your organisation’s logo to appear on the registration page.
- Brand name — the name shown as the organiser on registration communications.
Age restriction
Enable the 18+ restriction to require guests to confirm they are 18 or over when registering.Payment profile
If you’re selling tickets, link a payment profile to the event. This is how you receive payments from guests who purchase paid tickets.Ticket types
You can create multiple ticket types for a single event — for example, General Admission and VIP, or Early Bird and Standard. For each ticket type you configure:| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Label | The ticket name shown to guests (e.g. “General Admission”, “VIP”) |
| Price | Free or Paid. For paid tickets, enter the price and currency. |
| Capacity | How many tickets of this type are available |
| Notes | Optional notes shown to guests on this ticket (e.g. “Includes dinner”) |
| Badge colour | A colour tag used in the registration dashboard to identify ticket holders at a glance |
Opening and pausing registration
Once your registration is configured, you can open it to guests by sharing the registration link. You can also pause registration at any time — for example, if you’re reviewing a batch of requests and don’t want new submissions while you do — and resume it when ready.Registration dashboard
The registration dashboard gives you a live overview of your event registrations:- Total registrations received
- Approved, declined, and pending counts
- Revenue collected (for paid tickets)
- Breakdown by ticket type
Managing registrants
The Registrants tab shows every registration request. For each registrant you can see their name, ticket type, payment status, and registration date. Actions available:- Approve — confirm the guest; they’re notified and added to the guest list.
- Decline — reject the request; the guest is notified.
- Bulk approve pending — approve all pending requests at once.
- Bulk approve all — approve every registration regardless of status.
- Bulk reject — decline multiple registrations at once.
Guest check-in for Registered Events
At the event, check-in integrates with the registration system. Only approved guests with valid registration orders can be checked in. See Check-In for details.Guests on Registered Events do not receive direct invitations. They find the event through the registration link you share and submit their own request. Once approved, they receive confirmation and can access the full event details.
