The agenda lets you build a timeline for your event and share it with guests so everyone knows what to expect.

Creating agenda activities

Go to the Agenda tab of your event and click Add activity. Each activity has:
  • Title — what’s happening (e.g. “Welcome drinks”, “Dinner”, “Cake cutting”)
  • Start time — when the activity begins
  • Duration — how long it runs
  • Description — optional notes or details
  • Location or room — optional, useful for multi-room events
Activities are sorted automatically by start time. If two activities overlap, FastParty flags it with a warning so you can adjust.

Publishing the agenda

Your agenda is private until you publish it. Once published, guests can view the full timeline from their invitation link — no account required. If you update the agenda after publishing, guests see the latest version immediately. There’s no need to re-publish after edits.

Unpublishing the agenda

You can unpublish the agenda at any time. Once unpublished, guests can no longer see the timeline, but your agenda data is saved and can be republished later.
