Your main circle: All Members

Every organization is created with one main circle. It’s called All Members to start with, and it’s your organization’s master roster.
  • Everyone belongs to it. Every member of your organization is added to the main circle by default, whether you add them to it directly or straight into another circle.
  • Other circles are drawn from it. Add members from the roster to the circles they need: a batch, a team, a committee, a chapter. Each circle can be run by a different manager. Circles and events →
  • Rename it, never delete it. Change the Name to suit your organization, up to 30 characters, then tap Save. For example, “All Alumni”, “All Club Members” or “All Employees”. The main circle can’t be deleted or replaced.
  • Leaving it means leaving the organization. A member can leave any other circle and stay in your organization.

Hide member count and member lists

Turn this on and members no longer see how many people are in your organization or its circles, or who they are. Tap Save to apply it. Admins and managers still see the full roster on Org Members. Other members never see anyone’s phone number or email address, whichever you choose.
