Your organization’s WhatsApp number and email address become the way your members hear from you. Invitations, confirmations, updates, alerts and broadcasts all go out in your name, not Fast Party’s.

Why use your own channels

  • Members recognize you. A message from your alumni association or club gets opened. One from an unfamiliar sender often doesn’t.
  • Replies come to you. Members answer the organization they know.
  • Your brand, every time. Your name and logo on every message.
If your own channels aren’t set up, messages still go out, but from Fast Party’s default account. Your members will see Fast Party as the sender, not your organization. We strongly recommend connecting your own.

How setup works

Your WhatsApp and email run through MSG91, a messaging provider. You don’t have to work it out yourself: our team takes care of the setup with you.
1

Tell us you're ready

Email contact@fastparty.ai, or raise it during your organization onboarding.
2

Set up your MSG91 account

We help you create an MSG91 account in your organization’s name. Your organization owns it.
3

Connect your WhatsApp Business number

We register your number with WhatsApp and get the Fast Party message templates approved for it.
4

Connect your email sender

We verify your sending domain, so emails arrive from your own address and don’t land in spam.
5

Go live

From then on, every message to your members goes out from your WhatsApp number and email address.

What it costs

Messaging on your own channels is billed separately and paid by your organization, directly to MSG91. Fast Party adds no markup. Push and in-app notifications carry no messaging charge.
Example: an invitation to a 500-member circle, sent on WhatsApp and email, costs about ₹75 + ₹20 = ₹95.

How notifications work

The four channels and the four message types.

Broadcasts

Message any of your circles, or an event’s guests.
