Once FastParty is connected to Claude, you can manage your entire event planning workflow through conversation. Here’s everything Claude can do with FastParty.

Create events

Tell Claude the basics and it creates the event in your FastParty account.
“Create a birthday dinner for my daughter on July 5th at 7 PM. We’re expecting 20 guests at our house.”

Update event details

Change any event field — name, date, time, location, description — just by asking.
“Update my July 5th party — change the start time to 7:30 PM and add ‘Black tie optional’ to the description.”

Add guests and send invitations

Add one guest or many at once. Invitations go out automatically.
“Add Sarah Johnson (sarah@email.com) and Mark Lee (mark@email.com) to my July 5th party and send them invitations.”

Check RSVP status

Get a live count or ask about specific guests.
“How many people have RSVP’d to my July 5th party?” “Who hasn’t responded yet?”
Claude can also send reminders to guests who haven’t replied.

Build and publish agendas

Create a full event timeline and publish it so guests can see it.
“Set up an agenda for my party: welcome drinks at 7 PM for 30 minutes, dinner at 7:30 PM for 90 minutes, cake at 9 PM. Then publish it.”

Configure food and dietary preferences

Set up dietary options and enable guests to select them from their invitation.
“Set up vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-allergy options for my event and enable guests to select them.”

Create potluck sign-ups

Build a potluck sheet with categories and publish it for guests.
“Create a potluck for my July 5th event with: Main Dishes (3 needed), Salads (2 needed), Desserts (3 needed), and Drinks (2 needed). Then publish it.”

Create and assign tasks

Add tasks to your pre-event checklist, with due dates and assignees.
“Create these tasks: confirm headcount by June 28, order cake by July 1, buy decorations by July 3.”
You can also update task status: “Mark the ‘order cake’ task as complete.”

Create guest circles

Save a group of people to reuse across future events.
“Create a circle called ‘Family’ and add these people: Jane Smith (jane@email.com), Bob Smith (bob@email.com).”

You can chain actions in a single message — “Create a birthday party for July 5th, add these three guests, and set up a vegetarian and vegan preference option” — and Claude will handle all of it in sequence.
