A Registration event asks you to register. Once you’re in, you get a QR pass — that’s what’s scanned at the door.

How it works

Some events let you straight in; others need the host to approve you first. The event page tells you which.

1. Open the invitation and choose your tier

Tap the link you were sent. Under Choose your tier, pick the kind of place you want — for example General or VIP. Each tier shows how many seats are left and whether it’s free or paid. You’ll also see any age limit and when registration closes. Tap Register.

2. Confirm your details

Check your name, phone number and recovery email.
  • If the host approves registrations, answer the host’s question — it helps them decide — then tap Request to join.
  • If there’s no approval, you can add people coming with you: under Add people coming with you, tap Add Attendees and enter each person’s name (a phone number or email is optional). Each person gets their own QR pass.
If the event has an age limit, tick the box to confirm, then tap Register.

3. Pay, if your tier is paid

Paid tiers take you to payment on the next step — straight away with no approval, or after the host approves you.

4. Get your QR pass

No approval: your pass appears on the event page as soon as you’ve registered (and paid, if needed). With approval: you’ll see Pending Approval until the host reviews your request. You’ll be notified once you’re approved, and your QR pass will appear on the event page. See Your QR pass for what to do with it.

5. Check the event tools and host updates

Once you’re registered, the event page opens the host’s tools to you. Tools marked Action needed, like your food choices or travel details, are waiting on you. Host updates are at the bottom of the page. See Your event page.

When you can’t register

If registration has closed, is paused, or the event is full, the event page says so.

Questions

It’s your choice — compare what each tier includes, its price and seats left. The host’s notes on each tier are on the page.
Whatever’s true for you — your answer goes straight to the host and helps them decide.
On events without approval, yes — add them under Add people coming with you, and each person gets a QR pass. On events the host approves, each person requests their own place.
Check the event’s description. If it doesn’t say, contact the host.
