# Set Up Your Organization

> Create your organization, add your brand, and connect your payment account and messaging channels.

Whoever creates the organization becomes its first **admin**, with full access to everything in it. Only admins can change the organization's details.

<Note>
  Organizations are part of our paid plans. Email [contact@fastparty.ai](mailto:contact@fastparty.ai) and our team will set you up and walk you through each step below.
</Note>

## Organization details

| Field | What it's for |
| - | - |
| **Name** | Your organization's name. Required. |
| **Brand name** | The public display name members see, if it differs from the name. |
| **Logo** | Shown on your pages, invitations and reminders. |
| **Primary and secondary colors** | Your brand colors, applied across your organization's pages. |
| **Email and phone** | Public contact details for your organization. |
| **Region** | India or USA. This sets how payments work. |
| **Time zone** | Set from your region by default. Used for event times and scheduled messages. |
| **Link name** | A short, web-friendly name used in your organization's links, such as `cbit-alumni`. Letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores only. |

Admins can update any of these later.

## Payments

Fees, tickets and contributions go straight into your organization's own account. Fast Party never holds your money.

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="India (Razorpay)">
    Set up your **business account** so payments can reach you. You'll need:

    * Your legal organization name and address
    * PAN, and GSTIN if you're registered for GST
    * A contact person's name, email and phone
    * Your bank account details and a canceled check
    * The signed agreement

    You can save your progress and come back to it. Our team then links your Razorpay account so payments settle directly to you.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="USA (Stripe)">
    Payments settle through your organization's own Stripe account. Our team connects it with you during setup.
  </Tab>

## Messaging channels

Your organization can send messages from its **own WhatsApp Business number** and **own email sender**, so members hear from you, not from Fast Party. Our team sets both up with you through MSG91. Messaging is billed separately to your organization at ₹0.15 per WhatsApp message and ₹0.04 per email, with no markup. Until your channels are connected, messages go out from Fast Party's default account.

See [Your WhatsApp & Email](/notifications/your-channels) for the full setup steps.
