# Set Up Your Org Page

> Build your organization's public and member page in Settings › Org page: what to add, who sees each item, and how to publish.

Every organization has its own page at `app.fastparty.ai/o/your-link-name`. It's where your members see everything from you, and what people see before they join. Admins build it in **Settings › Org page**, choosing what goes on it and who sees each item.

## Two views of one page

| Who | What they see |
| - | - |
| **Members** | Your header, About, Contact us, **My Events**, **My Circles**, **Announcements**, links and documents, and office bearers: every item set to **Public** or **Members**. [What members see →](https://docs.fastparty.ai/guests/your-organization-page.md) |
| **Visitors** | People who aren't members see the public view: your header, About, what members get when they join, the names of your circles (not what's inside them) and how to contact you. Only items set to **Public** appear. |

New members land here when they accept your invitation, so it's worth filling in before you add them.

## Who sees each item

Next to most items is a choice of who sees it:

| Setting | Who sees the item |
| - | - |
| **Public** | Everyone, including visitors who aren't members |
| **Members** | Only members of your organization |
| **Hide** | Nobody; it stays saved but doesn't show |

## What to add

Work through **Settings › Org page** from top to bottom:

| Item | What to add | Tips |
| - | - | - |
| **Banner image** | A wide image across the top of your page. Tap **Add banner** to upload your own or generate one with AI. | Use a wide image, 8:3, about 2731 × 1024 pixels, JPG or PNG. |
| **Tagline** | One line about your organization, up to 160 characters. | For example, the place or the purpose: "Banyan Tree Resort", "Alumni of the Class of 2010". It shows under your name in the header. |
| **About** | What your organization is about, up to 2,000 characters. | Line breaks and short lists work well. |
| **Address** | Where people can find you, up to 300 characters. | |
| **Website** | Your website address. | Adds a **Website** button to your header and a link under **Contact us**. |
| **Contact WhatsApp** | A WhatsApp number people can reach you on. | This is a contact number shown on the page. It's not where messages to members are sent from. |
| **Contact email** | An email address people can write to. | Same: shown on the page, not your sending address. |
| **Social pages** | Tap **+ Add a social page**, pick the platform and paste the link. | Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Strava, WhatsApp channel or Other. They appear under **Follow us**. |
| **Links and documents** | Tap **+ Add a link or document**. Choose **Link** or **Document**, add the link or file, a title (for example, "Membership form") and an optional description. | Bylaws, forms, brochures and other resources. New items are set to **Members** to start with. |
| **Office bearers** | Tap **+ Add an office bearer**, choose a person from your roster, and give their title (for example, "President"). | President, secretary, treasurer and others. |

Your logo and name come from **Settings › Organization**. [Set up your organization →](https://docs.fastparty.ai/organizations/setup.md#organization-details)

## Publish your changes

* **Publish** puts your changes on the page for everyone they're set to show to.
* **Save draft** keeps your changes without showing them to anyone yet.
* **Discard changes** throws away what you haven't published.

To check the result, tap **View as member** in the Admin Dashboard menu. The page opens with a **Member View** banner at the top, exactly as members see it.

## What else shows on the page

| Part | Where it comes from |
| - | - |
| **My Events** | Each member's own events from your organization, with their reply or registration status. |
| **My Circles** | The circles each member is in. |
| **Announcements** | Broadcasts you pin with **Pin to org page**. [Broadcast →](https://docs.fastparty.ai/organizations/broadcasts.md#pin-to-the-organization-page) |
| **Circle count in the header** | Hidden when you turn on **Hide member count and member lists** in [Settings › Members and circles](https://docs.fastparty.ai/organizations/members-and-circles.md). |

> [!NOTE]
>
> The contact WhatsApp and email on your page are how visitors reach you. Messages to members go out from your organization's own messaging channels, set up in **Settings › Messaging**. [Messaging →](https://docs.fastparty.ai/notifications/your-channels.md)
