# Org Members

> Your organization's master roster: add members, add them to circles, and remove them.

**Org Members** on the Admin Dashboard is your organization's master roster. **All Members** includes everyone in your organization, and every other circle is created from this roster.

## At the top

| Count | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **On the roster** | Everyone in your organization |
| **Invites pending** | People who haven't accepted their invitation yet |
| **Not in another Circle** | Members who are only in All Members, so you can see who still needs a circle |

## Add members

Tap **Add Member**. All Members opens on its **Add Member** panel. For now, members are added by your team; there's no sign-up form yet.

| Option | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Add New Member** | Add one person by name and phone number or email. |
| **Upload CSV** | Add many people at once from a file. |
| **Add from Org** | Pick people who are already in your organization. |

Tap **Submit** to send the invitations.

**Members accept once.** Someone new gets one invitation from your organization and accepts it to join. They land on your [organization page](https://docs.fastparty.ai/guests/your-organization-page.md). After that, adding them to more circles never asks them to accept again.

> Set up [Messaging](https://docs.fastparty.ai/notifications/your-channels.md) before you add members, so their invitation comes from your organization's own WhatsApp number and email.

## The roster

Each person is listed with their **name**, **contact**, **role** and **status**. Search by name, phone or email, or use the circle list to show one circle.

* **Add people to a circle:** tick them, then tap **Add to circle** and pick the circle.
* **Take someone out of a circle:** pick that circle in the list, tick them, then tap **Remove**. They stay in your organization.
* **Remove someone from the organization:** pick **All Members** in the list, tick them, then tap **Remove**. That takes them out of the organization and every circle. You're asked to confirm first. Only admins can do this.

Managers see the members of the circles they run. Other members never see anyone's phone number or email address.
