# Organization Dashboard

> One view of every circle and event in your organization, and what needs your attention.

The Organization Dashboard is where you see how your whole organization is doing. Just as an Event Dashboard runs one event, the Organization Dashboard gives you every circle and event at once.

## At the top: your numbers

| Figure | What it counts |
| - | - |
| **Circles** | The circles in your organization |
| **Upcoming** | Events coming up across all circles |
| **Members** | People across your circles |
| **Needs attention** | Items waiting on you, listed below |

## Your circles

Each circle is listed with its number of events, number of members and how engaged its members are, so you can see at a glance which circles are thriving and which have gone quiet. Open a circle to manage it.

## One-off events

Events that belong to the organization but not to a circle, such as an annual gala, are listed separately.

## Needs attention

The **Attention** list gathers what's waiting on you across every circle and event:

* **Overdue tasks** that haven't been marked done
* **Pending registrations** waiting for your approval
* **Drafts** you started but haven't published
* **Unpaid** registrations or payments

Click an item to go straight to the event or circle it belongs to.
