# Needs Attention

> Everything across your organization's circles and events that's waiting on you, each with the button to deal with it.

**Attention** on the Admin Dashboard lists the events that need your attention or action, across every circle and one-off event in your organization. The **Needs attention** tile on the Dashboard shows how many items are waiting and opens this list.

## What shows up here

| Item | What to do |
| - | - |
| **An event that isn't live yet** | Check the details, then tap **Make live**. A live event can't be made not live again. |
| **Registrations waiting for approval** | Open the event and approve or decline them. |
| **Unpaid registrations** | Open the event to see who hasn't paid for their confirmed spot. |
| **Overdue tasks** | Open the event's tasks and follow up with whoever they're assigned to. |

Each item shows the event it belongs to. Click it to go straight there.

## Who sees what

* **Admins** see every item in the organization.
* **Managers** see the items in the circles and events they run or are assigned.
