# Welcome to Fast Party

> The intelligent event planning platform powered by AI.

Fast Party is an intelligent event planning and management platform for everything from an intimate dinner or birthday to a 500-person conference. Whatever you're planning, it comes down to two things: which **event type** you choose, and which features you switch on.

Whether you're a host putting together a private gathering or an organizer running meetings, conferences, and exhibitions, the same platform handles the details — guests, invitations, schedules, food preferences, tasks, vendors, and more — all in one place.

Fast Party works on the web at [https://app.fastparty.ai](https://app.fastparty.ai), or download the app on iOS or Android mobile platforms.

**Plan online. Live offline.**

**Meet Antsy, working behind the scenes**

Antsy is Fast Party's built-in intelligence layer. It works quietly in the background — smart nudges, reminders, and predictions that keep your event on track, so nothing slips through the cracks as the date approaches.

**Or plan through conversation, with Claude or ChatGPT**

Fast Party connects to both Claude and ChatGPT through our MCP server. Once configured, you can manage your entire account through natural conversation — create events, invite guests, build agendas, assign tasks, and more, without opening the app. Just tell the AI what you need.

### Event Types:

Two event types, one optional layer
Almost everything in Fast Party builds on three ideas. Understand these and the rest of the docs will make sense quickly.

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Regular Event" icon="calendar">
    An invitation-based event. You control the guest list, and invited guests RSVP directly. No registration queue, no approvals. Best for birthdays, dinners, weddings, family gatherings, meetings, and private functions.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Registered Event" icon="ticket">
    A registration-based event. You open a registration link, and people request a spot — you approve or decline each one. Supports ticket types, capacity limits, and payments. Best for conferences, exhibitions, ticketed gatherings, and any event where you vet attendees.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

And the layer that sits on top of both:

<Card title="My Circles — make any event recurring" icon="rotate">
  A **Circle** is a saved group of people. Add your members once, then run event after event with the same group without re-entering names. This is how a one-off event becomes a **recurring** one — a monthly book club, a quarterly townhall, or a conference that returns every year. Either event type can live inside a Circle.
</Card>

### Which one do I need?
