# Reunion: Alumni Associations

> Get started with Reunion, Fast Party for school and college alumni associations.

**Bring every batch back together.** Reunion is Fast Party set up for schools and colleges. It gives your alumni association one roster, every batch and chapter built from it, and every reunion run from one place, under your institution's crest.

## Your workspace, in alumni language

When your organization is set up as a **school or college**, the workspace relabels itself:

## Get set up

    Email [contact@fastparty.ai](mailto:contact@fastparty.ai) to create your organization. We set up your crest and colors, your own WhatsApp Business number and email sender, and payments into the institution's Razorpay or Stripe account.

    Send us your batch lists and past reunion records, wherever they live. Our team imports them once as a structured roster, so you start with your history in place. [How data migration works →](/data-migration)

  <Step title="Build your batches and chapters">
    An alum joins the association once. Placing them in a batch, a city chapter or an interest group is a pick from the roster, not another invitation. Use posts, polls and surveys to keep each batch active between reunions. [Circles →](/recurring-events/overview)

  <Step title="Create your first reunion">
    Run a batch reunion, a chapter meet or Foundation Day. Use a [Registration Event](/public-events/overview) when alumni sign up or buy tickets, an [RSVP Event](/private-events/event-creation) for an invitation-only gathering, or an [Open Event](/events/open-events) when the whole batch is welcome and you don't need RSVPs.

    Send invitations and appeals to exactly the batches you choose. Each alum receives a message only once, even if they belong to several batches or chapters.

    Check alumni in by QR code at the gate, collect photos in a shared album, and send a feedback form afterwards.

## Who can do what

| Role | Can |
| - | - |
| **Organization admin** | Manage the roster, all batches and chapters, broadcasts and settings. Only admins change who someone is. |
| **Batch coordinator** | Run their own batch or chapter: its members, posts and events. |
| **Alum** | Join batches and chapters, RSVP or register for events, and take part in posts, polls and surveys. |

Contributions and registration fees go straight to the institution's own account. Fast Party never holds the money.

## Ask your alumni data anything

[Connect Claude or ChatGPT](/claude-integration/overview) to your association and ask in plain language:

* "Which batch is most active this year?"
* "Who hasn't attended a reunion in three years?"
* "Draft the reunion invitation for the 2010 batch."

## Coming soon

A CRM for the time between reunions: wishing alumni on birthdays and career milestones from the institution, tracking where each alum is now, and reaching the right people for mentoring, guest lectures and scholarships.
