# Pavilion by Fast Party: Clubs

> Get started with Pavilion by Fast Party, for sports, social and country clubs.

**The home of your club community.** Pavilion by Fast Party is Fast Party set up for clubs: sports, social, country, riding, golf and polo clubs, and any club with members, facilities and a calendar. Your member register lives in one place, every circle is built from it, and every notice goes out once, from the club.

## How a club fits together

| Managers | The people who run a circle or an event for you |

## Get set up

**1. Set up your organization with our team**

Tap **Set up an organization** on your Home page, or email [contact@fastparty.ai](mailto:contact@fastparty.ai). We set up your organization with your logo, your own WhatsApp Business number and email sender, and payments into your own Razorpay (India) or Stripe (US) account. **2. Bring your register across**

Send us your member register and past event records. We import them once into **All Members**, so you start with your history in place. Where family members share a phone number, the roster keeps one row per person. [How data migration works →](https://docs.fastparty.ai/data-migration.md)

**3. Build your circles**

A member joins the club once, into All Members, and lands on the club's organization page. Placing them in a circle for a sport, a committee or a group is a pick from the register, not another invitation. [Circles and events →](https://docs.fastparty.ai/organizations/circles-and-events.md)

**4. Create your first club event**

Run a club night, a tournament, an AGM or a family day. Use a [Registration Event](https://docs.fastparty.ai/public-events/overview.md) for sign-ups and tickets with QR check-in at the gate, an [RSVP Event](https://docs.fastparty.ai/private-events/event-creation.md) for an invitation-only gathering, or an [Open Event](https://docs.fastparty.ai/events/open-events.md) when every member of a circle is welcome and you don't need RSVPs.

**5. Send notices to the right circles**

## Who can do what

| Role | Can |
| - | - |
| **Admin** | Everything: the roster, every circle and event, broadcasts, Settings and payments. The first admin is set up with your organization; more admins are managers who've been promoted. |
| **Manager** | Runs the circles and events they create or are assigned. Never money or Settings. |
| **Member** | Be part of their circles, RSVP or register for events, and take part in posts, polls and surveys. |

Fees and collections go straight to the club's own account. Fast Party never holds the money.

## Ask your club data anything

[Connect Claude or ChatGPT](https://docs.fastparty.ai/claude-integration/overview.md) to your club and ask in plain language:

* "Which circle is most active this year?"
* "Who came to last month's club night?"
* "Message the Golf circle about Sunday."

Your AI sees only what your account can see in Fast Party.

## Coming soon

A CRM for the time between events: wishing members on birthdays and anniversaries from the club, tracking each member's interests and years of membership, and reaching the right people for committee seats and sponsorships.
