# Jubila: Event Planners and Agencies

> Get started with Jubila, Fast Party for event planners and agencies: every client, guest list and event in one workspace.

## Your workspace, in planner language

## Run a client event

    Create a guest list (a circle) for the client, the city or the tier, and add guests once. A guest joins your roster once and can be placed on any list without another import. [Guest lists →](/recurring-events/overview)

    * An [**RSVP Event**](/private-events/event-creation) for an invitation-only guest list, such as a wedding or a private launch.
    * A [**Registration Event**](/public-events/overview) for sign-ups and tickets, with or without your approval.

## Keep guests informed

Guests don't need the app. Every invitation, confirmation, update and alert reaches them on WhatsApp and email, and in the app if they have it.

* **Send an event broadcast** from the Event Dashboard to reach every guest at once.

## Who can do what

| Role | Can |

| **Organization admin** | Everything: your roster, all guest lists and events, broadcasts and settings. |
| **Event coordinator** | Run the guest lists and events they create or are assigned to. |
| **Guest** | RSVP or register, pay for tickets, and use the event's tools. |

Ticket revenue and fees go straight to your own account. Fast Party never holds the money.

  Your business's brand appears on every page and message. Separate branding for each client's event is on the roadmap. Ask us where it stands.

## Ask your event data anything

Once your workspace is [connected to Claude or ChatGPT](/claude-integration/overview), ask in plain language:

* "Which of this season's events sold out fastest?"
* "Who came to last year's New Year show but hasn't bought this year?"
* "List every guest arriving on Friday who still needs an airport pickup."
* "Draft the invitation for the Sangeet night."

## Coming soon

* **Vendor management:** add caterers, decorators and other vendors to an event and give them their tasks.
* **A CRM for the time between events:** wish regulars and clients on birthdays and milestones from your brand, see what each guest attends and buys, and reach the guests most likely to book early or sponsor the next one.
