# Grandstand by Fast Party: Venues

> Get started with Grandstand by Fast Party, for venues, galleries, cultural centers and co-working spaces that run programs.

**Your venue's audience and events.** Grandstand by Fast Party is Fast Party set up for spaces that put on programs: museums, galleries, cultural centers, cafés, studios, halls and co-working spaces. It puts your program, your audience and the door on one platform that remembers every night you've run.

## How a venue fits together

| All Members | Everyone on your roster. You can rename it, for example "All Members & Regulars". |

| Events | Programs: openings, talks, gigs, workshops and markets |
| Managers | Program managers who run a circle or an event for you |

## Get set up

**1. Set up your organization with our team**

Tap **Set up an organization** on your Home page, or email [contact@fastparty.ai](mailto:contact@fastparty.ai). We set up your organization with your logo, your own WhatsApp Business number and email sender, and payments into your own Razorpay (India) or Stripe (US) account. **2. Bring your audience across**

Send us your ticketing exports, mailing lists and past program records. We import them once into **All Members**, so you start knowing who has already come. [How data migration works →](https://docs.fastparty.ai/data-migration.md)

**3. Build your circles**

Group people in circles from the roster, for members, regulars, patrons or a program's audience. Posts and polls keep them engaged between visits. [Circles and events →](https://docs.fastparty.ai/organizations/circles-and-events.md)

**4. Create your first program**

Run an opening, a talk, a gig, a workshop or a pop-up market, free or ticketed. Use a [Registration Event](https://docs.fastparty.ai/public-events/overview.md) for tickets and sign-ups, with QR check-in at the door, or an [Open Event](https://docs.fastparty.ai/events/open-events.md) for members-only programs where everyone in the circle is welcome without an RSVP.

**5. Fill the room**

Send a broadcast to exactly the circles you choose. Each visitor receives it only once.

Visitors don't need an app. Tickets, check-in and every visitor tool work in the browser from a WhatsApp or email link.

## Who can do what

| Role | Can |
| - | - |
| **Admin** | Everything: the roster, every circle and event, broadcasts, Settings and payments. The first admin is set up with your organization; more admins are managers who've been promoted. |
| **Manager** | Runs the circles and events they create or are assigned. Never money or Settings. |
| **Visitor or member** | Register, buy tickets, check in, and take part in posts and polls. |

## Ask your venue data anything

* "Which program filled the room fastest?"
* "Who came to three openings this season?"
* "Draft the invitation for Friday's opening."
