# Crew by Fast Party: Corporates

> Get started with Crew by Fast Party, for companies running employee events and communities.

**The people who make things happen.** Crew by Fast Party is Fast Party set up for companies: offsites, team celebrations, town halls, festival parties and employee communities, run from one place under your company's name.

## How a company fits together

| In Fast Party | For your company |
| - | - |
| Organization | Your company, with its own [organization page](https://docs.fastparty.ai/organizations/org-page.md) |
| All Members | Everyone on your employee roster. You can rename it, for example "All Employees". |
| Circles | Circles drawn from the roster, for each team, office, location or interest group |
| Events | Offsites, town halls, team outings and festival celebrations |
| Managers | The people who run a team's circle or an event for you |

## Get set up

**1. Set up your organization with our team**

Tap **Set up an organization** on your Home page, or email [contact@fastparty.ai](mailto:contact@fastparty.ai). We set up your organization with your logo, your own WhatsApp Business number and email sender, and payments into your own Razorpay (India) or Stripe (US) account. **2. Add your people**

Add your employees to **All Members** from **Org Members**, one at a time or by uploading a file. [Circles and events →](https://docs.fastparty.ai/organizations/circles-and-events.md)

**3. Build your circles**

Create a circle for each team, office or interest group and place people in it from the roster. Nobody is asked to accept again.

**4. Plan your first event**

Run a team offsite with [Travel & Stay](https://docs.fastparty.ai/private-events/travel-stay.md) and [Event Schedule](https://docs.fastparty.ai/private-events/event-schedule.md), or an office party with [Guest Preferences](https://docs.fastparty.ai/private-events/food-beverage.md) or a [Potluck](https://docs.fastparty.ai/private-events/potluck.md). Use an [RSVP Event](https://docs.fastparty.ai/private-events/event-creation.md) when you need a headcount.

**5. Keep everyone informed**

Send one broadcast to All Members or to the circles you choose. Each person receives it once.

## Who can do what

| Role | Can |
| - | - |
| **Admin** | Everything: the roster, every circle and event, broadcasts, Settings and payments. The first admin is set up with your organization; more admins are managers who've been promoted. |
| **Manager** | Runs the circles and events they create or are assigned. Never money or Settings. |
| **Member** | Be part of their circles, RSVP to events, and take part in posts, polls and surveys. |

## Ask your company data anything

[Connect Claude or ChatGPT](https://docs.fastparty.ai/claude-integration/overview.md) and ask in plain language:

* "Who still needs to reply to the offsite?"
* "List everyone arriving on Friday who needs an airport pickup."
* "Draft a broadcast to All Employees about the Diwali party."
