# Belvedere: Venues and Spaces

> Get started with Belvedere, Fast Party for venues, galleries, cultural centers and co-working spaces that run programs.

**Your space, beautifully run.** Belvedere is Fast Party set up for spaces that put on programs: museums, galleries, cultural centers, cafés, studios, halls and co-working spaces. It puts your program, your audience and the door on one platform that remembers every night you've run.

## Your workspace, in venue language

When your organization is set up as a **venue or space**, the workspace relabels itself:

## Get set up

    Email [contact@fastparty.ai](mailto:contact@fastparty.ai) to create your organization. We set up your logo and brand, your own WhatsApp Business number and email sender, and ticket and membership revenue into your own Razorpay or Stripe account.

    Send us your ticketing exports, mailing lists and past program records. Our team imports them once, so you start knowing who has already come. [How data migration works →](/data-migration)

    Group people once, as members, regulars, patrons or a list per program, and they stay. Posts and polls keep them engaged between visits. [Circles →](/recurring-events/overview)

  <Step title="Create your first program">
    Run an opening, a talk, a gig, a workshop or a pop-up market, free or ticketed. Use a [Registration Event](/public-events/overview) for tickets and sign-ups, with QR check-in at the door, or an [Open Event](/events/open-events) for members-only programs where everyone in the group is welcome without an RSVP.

Visitors don't need an app. Tickets, check-in and every visitor tool work in the browser from a WhatsApp or email link.

## Who can do what

| Role | Can |
| - | - |
| **Organization admin** | Manage your audiences, broadcasts and settings. Only admins change who someone is. |
| **Program manager** | Run their own programs and audiences. |
| **Visitor or member** | Register, buy tickets, check in, and take part in posts and polls. |

## Ask your venue data anything

[Connect Claude or ChatGPT](/claude-integration/overview) to your workspace and ask in plain language:

* "Which program filled the room fastest?"
* "Who came to three openings but never joined?"
* "Draft the invitation for Friday's opening."

  Room, desk and hall **bookings are not available yet**. Belvedere launches with programming: events, audiences and ticketing. Bookings, availability and occupancy are the next build.
